Theresa brings a variety of experience to Taylored Restoration including Accounts Payable and Customer Service. She especially enjoys working with the Customer which makes her an asset to our company!
She moved to Alaska with her husband, Paul and their youngest son, Dillon last year. She truly enjoys spending time with her family, baking and the great outdoors.

Alex began her position with the Wasilla Taylored Restoration office in March of 2010. She has over 6 years of experience in administrative support and customer service.
Alex was raised in Chugiak, Alaska. She enjoys the outdoors in her spare time including camping, fishing, four wheeling, hiking, golfing, snowboarding and snow machining. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Karen began her extremely varied position as Taylored Restoration’s Wasilla Office Manager in 2004. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge and skill, having over 17 years of experience in administration, accounting, and customer service. Her previous positions ranged from sales and scheduling to management. She has even owned and operated her own business in Kansas.
The Taylor’s care and concern for both their customers and staff were critical to Karen’s investment with the company. She takes great pride in bringing an upbeat yet soothing demeanor to the workplace as well as providing exceptional customer service.
A love of the outdoors brought Karen from Kansas to Alaska in 2003. In addition to the breathtaking scenery, she enjoys fishing, hiking, and meeting the interesting people of the state. A devoted mother, she also loves spending time and exploring new adventures with her daughter, Audrey, and their Black Lab, Bubba. Other hobbies include reading, traveling, and learning new and interesting things.

Josh joined the Taylored Restoration team in 2006, bringing with him 18 years of experience in the construction field. He started out as a yard hand before working his way up to lead carpenter and general foreman for both commercial and residential-based companies.
Josh earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2000 and became IICRC-certified in water damage restoration in 2007. At Taylored, Josh focuses primarily on fire restoration, structural repairs, and remodels; he does, however, still handle an occasional water damage job.
Moving to Alaska when he was less than one year old, he grew up in Talkeetna. In addition to the usual outdoor recreation Alaska offers, he enjoys wildlife photography and has traveled to such exotic locales as Belize and the Galapagos Islands. Josh looks forward to meeting new customers and helping them to restore their dreams.

Gary has been with Taylored Restoration since 2007. Previously he was a lead carpenter for 32 years and a business owner for 12 years. Gary has his certification in Fire & Water Restoration along with two years of college.
Newly married, Gary also has five children and enjoys the Alaskan outdoors such as fishing, skiing and snowmachining.

Sean joined Taylored Restoration in 2004 as a part of the Wasilla team. Starting out as a lead carpenter in the repair/remodel department, he was soon promoted to the Valley’s restoration supervisor. In this position, he oversees water emergencies, mold remediation as well as structure, contents, and carpet cleaning.
Sean began his career in his family’s construction business, working in all phases of remodeling and handling fire damage repairs. He also spent three years performing historically accurate restorations. A former resident of the Gulf Coast region, Sean picked up even more construction experience repairing damages caused by the annual hurricane season.
In addition to his background in construction repairs and remodel, Sean holds IICRC certifications in water, smoke and fire restoration, an IOT certification for mold remediation, completed additional educational courses in mold remediation with Liberty Consulting, has taken Xactimate training and passed his Successful Subrogation training.
The eldest of six children, Sean was born in Leon County, Florida. When not hard at work, he enjoys hunting varmints, fishing, raising kids, and being outdoors in Alaska.

Taylored Mat-Su welcomed Shawn in September of 2009. As a Lead Carpenter, he quickly showed Taylored that he is a leader. He was quickly promoted to Production Supervisor on June 21, 2010.
Shawn has 21 years of experience in the construction field from framing to custom remodeling. Six years before coming to Taylored, Shawn owned his own construction company handling Fire Restoration and Remodeling.
Shawn and his wife, Amy, have two small children. In addition to his family, Shawn enjoys fishing, camping and playing the guitar.

Trent grew up in the business and has worked in all aspects of the company from drywall to carpet cleaning eventually settling in to restoration. As co-owner of the company, Trent is now managing the Mat-Su and Fairbanks locations as well as a member of the Leadership Team in Anchorage.
Trent's certifications include training from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Master of Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repairs & Installation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning and Commercial Carpet Maintenance. He is also a Master Textile Cleaner and Certified Mold Remediator. Trent had also participated in the rewrite sub-committee nationally for the IICRC S-250 Mold Standards Document.
When Trent isn't busy with Taylored Restoration, he is enjoying life with his wife, Kristin and three daughters, Jazmin, and twins Tiana & Toni. They really enjoy fishing, hockey, skiing and traveling. They truly enjoyed their travels to Canada for the 2010 Winter Olympics as well as a trip of fly fishing and exploring to Argentina. Trent is a member of the Gomez Foundation and enjoys helping kids learn to play hockey.
