She continued working during the summer while attending college. After earning her Bachelor in Mathematics, Lisa joined Taylored as a fulltime employee. She has worked her way through field positions including water emergencies, content cleaning, estimating and finally settling into management. This experience has given her a broad understanding of the entire business. She really comprehends firsthand that each person is a part of the whole and that they are all as important as any other. She says, "The people at Taylored all take what they do very seriously and everyone wants to do a great job. We all are working together to serve our Customers."
In 2008, Lisa was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The entire company stepped up to support her while she went through 18 months of chemotherapy. She was humbled by the experience and strengthened by the depth of the support of her family - both her real family as well as the Taylored Restoration family.
Lisa has a busy family with three children - two older boys and one imp of a little girl - that she enjoys with her patient husband. They all enjoy getting out together as much as possible.
When her parents, Larry and Elaine Taylor (the original founders of Taylored Restoration) began to look towards retirement, Lisa was given the opportunity to become an Owner of the Company. "Taylored Restoration is a great company with extraordinary people!" She is proud to be a part of it and hopes that everyone who calls on Taylored will get the opportunity to know the fine and talented people who work here.

When Jan was hired to assist with all aspects of office duties in 1988, Taylored Restoration was still being run from the Taylor’s home. Willing to take on new challenges, she immediately began processing payroll – even though this was her first introduction to a computer. Since then, Jan has seen Taylored Restoration undergo a tremendous amount of growth. She can still recall the day the company acquired its very first fax machine. This innovation dramatically increased efficiency, as estimates no longer had to be driven and hand-delivered to customers. As Taylored Restoration continues to grow, Jan’s primary responsibility is Accounts Payable.
Jan is the mother of two grown children, Timothy and Megan. Since becoming “empty nesters,” she and her husband, Gary, enjoy traveling.
